We did say one vote / person and our voting program found 70%
of the votes were duplicate and were discarded. A few pages
got over 100 votes in a few days, all duplicate. We will
start another contest within 6 months. Rules yet to be decided.
Most likely previous winners can win up but not same or down. All
votes will be cleared. In close voting we will tend toward recent
updates.
